Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Avanta specializes in providing high-quality front-end website templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By purchasing or using our templates, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Front-End Only Services

Avanta delivers static front-end code. This means we do not provide any backend functionality, including databases, server-side scripting, or API integrations. Our templates are designed for easy backend integration, but backend development is not included in our services.

3. Payment & Additional Charges

Our pricing covers the base template, which includes standard pages such as Home, About, and Contact. Additional pages will incur extra charges. This does not apply to custom website requests. Price for custom websites is determined by the complexity of the website, number of pages, and related adjustments.

4. Usage & Modifications

Once purchased, you can modify our templates as needed. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim our code as your own. Avanta retains copyright over all original designs.

5. Violations

Any violation of our terms, including unauthorized redistribution or improper claims of ownership, may result in legal action and a permanent ban from future purchases.

6. Support & Contact

We offer support for minor issues via Instagram and WhatsApp. However, extensive modifications, troubleshooting, or integrations are not covered under our support policy.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for custom websites and only before the transfer of the files has occurred. Templates cannot be refunded.

8. License & Ownership

The templates and code provided remain the intellectual property of Avanta. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates. Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification for resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Delivery of Files

Once payment is processed, digital files (HTML, CSS, JS) will be delivered via email or a download link. Avanta is not responsible for lost files after delivery. Customers are advised to keep backups of their purchased templates.

10. No Liability for Third-Party Use

Avanta is not responsible for how clients use the templates after purchase. If a customer integrates third-party plugins, scripts, or APIs, Avanta is not liable for any security vulnerabilities or performance issues.

11. Browser & Device Compatibility

Our templates are tested on modern browsers and mobile devices. We do not guarantee 100% compatibility with outdated browsers or custom third-party integrations.

12. Unauthorized Modifications

If a customer makes significant modifications to the provided code and encounters issues, Avanta will not be responsible for fixing errors. Customers modifying the code do so at their own risk.

13. Pricing & Payment Policy

Prices for templates and custom services are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Failure to complete payment will result in no access to purchased templates.

14. Termination of Services

Avanta reserves the right to deny future services to customers who violate terms, misuse templates, or engage in fraudulent transactions. Any abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior towards Avanta’s team will result in immediate termination of services.

15. Updates & Template Maintenance

Avanta does not provide ongoing updates for templates after purchase. If a customer requires updates or modifications, additional charges may apply. Updates for security fixes or minor improvements may be released at Avanta’s discretion.

16. Indemnification Clause

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Avanta harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, or improper implementation of our templates.

17. Privacy Policy Reference

Users must read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and handle personal information (e.g., emails, payments, etc.).

18. Modifying Existing Website

The client agrees to provide existing code and additional files if required. Avanta has the right to refuse if the condition is violated.

19. General Behaviour

The Client should provide as much Detail And Information required by Avanta. Avanta may at any time refuse to provide service if it feels that there is a severe lack of information. Avanta will not be responsible if the design is not according to the clients expectation if there was a case of lack of information or directions.

20. Payment & Delivery System

Pre-priced templates are delivered digitally via email after successful payment processing. Customers must ensure they provide the correct email address during checkout. Avanta is not responsible for non-receipt of templates due to incorrect email input.

21. Incorrect Email Address & Resolution

If a customer enters an incorrect email address and does not receive their template, they may contact Avanta with proof of purchase. Acceptable proof includes the transaction receipt or email confirmation from the payment provider. Upon verification, Avanta will either resend the template to the correct email address or offer a refund at our discretion.

22. Refund Policy for Undelivered Templates

Refunds for pre-priced templates will only be considered if the customer can prove a valid payment and has not received the template due to email input errors. Refunds will not be issued if the customer has already downloaded the template or fails to provide sufficient proof.
